One of the reasons for the delay in starting the SW Bell Ensemble was the percieved need for a constitution in order to provide a framework within wich it shall operate to the satisfaction of both the SW Committee and the ringers. It was because of the time taken to ratify this document that I felt we did not have time to start the Ensemble last year.- Robert Willis
